Looking for some advice on components to build RC 4wd or 6wd platform for holding DSLR camera.

Will need to have tilt function.

Also needs good range and big enough to put a shell around it to cover the camera.

Any help appreciated.

The A4WD frame should be appropriate for the mobility. If you want to pan and tilt a DSLR, you will need a powerful geared rig such as this one: http://www.robotshop.com/ProductInfo.aspx?pc=RB-Sct-174
