I have a servo motor (one of two motors on the Robotic Arm "shoulder") that only moves in one direction. I have it taken off the base so the motors can move freely. If I try to drive back, only one motor moves back. I can push the dead motor back to the position of the other motor, then drive "forward" again and the dead motor moves forward. Is my servo motor fried? Or is there something I can fix?

Sounds like one transistor in the H-bridge is blown.
You must replace the electronic board.
