Align ia a dream. quite expensive for me.
using HK450 Pro or GT don't remember exactly but with belt anyway. hovering is a bit magic for me still but have no much time for play with it. thinking about to buy flybarless system and 3 axis gyro stabilization may be than will do some progress.

Yeah, I'm still hesitant to fly the 450! Flybarless sounds interesting, although even more expensive.

My 500 is far easier to fly than my 450

That's what I've heard.

I'm currently putting all my efforts into my 6WD autonomous 'bot "HexaTraxx Moose" for Robomagellan. With all the sensory data, I decided to go to ROS running on Linux. That's a BIG learning curve!
