You can purchase SEQ through Active Robots in the UK and pay via PayPal:

There may be other distributors who accept PayPal, but you'll have to look.

Thanks, its a shame it costs 70 dollars from there and only 40 dollars from lynxmotion direct.....hmmm, suppose I have to pay extra for being able to use paypal :(
